Following a brief career as a bank accountant, Deanna taught at the middle school and high school levels, and at the postsecondary level in both two-year and four-year institutions. In addition to teaching business education in Wisconsin and Iowa, Deanna has served as a regional career and technical education (CTE) consultant in Iowa and a state Tech Prep coordinator in Alaska. She also has experience as a CTE professional development coordinator and principle investigator for secondary and postsecondary Perkins grants.
