Recruit
  • Post positions on Handshake
    • Post local (Wisconsin & Minnesota) part-time positions, professional full-time positions, and co-op’s/internships
  • Conduct on-campus interviews
    • Schedule in Handshake. Click on "Interview Schedules" which includes the following:
      • Complete interview schedule information and details
      • Link/copy existing job in database or add new position
      • Click save and submit request

  • Attend Fall & Spring Career Conferences
  • Interested in hiring international students? Learn how with our easy guide to hiring international graduates
Engage
  • Attend on-campus events such as Art & Design Week and Human Sciences Day
    • Share your expertise and grow awareness of your company by speaking on an employer panel, engaging in an informational interview, or leading an informational session
  • Present at student organization meetings and in classrooms
    • Ask alumni and/or interns for recommendations on which organizations to connect with
    • Contact leaders in our student organizations and offer to speak to their groups, host information sessions, and/or sponsor site visits to your company
  • Host an info session in the Memorial Student Center
    • Successful presentations can include the following:
      • Short 15-to-30-minute presentation with Q&A
      • Food and refreshments
      • Recruitment materials

    • Please note that employers are billed directly and responsible for costs
  • Participate in the Cooperative Education & Internship Program
