Destination weekend invites supporters and families to campus to celebrate their student(s), enjoy a slate of academic events, and engage with the campus and community.
Signature, highly sought after events such as Fashion Without Fabric; multiple academic showcases; and a theater production anchor this early April weekend. While some activities are ticketed, most activities do not require advance registration. (See the calendar below for further details.)

Graphic Design/BrandLab Partnership Poster Exhibition
Led by Professor Nagesh Shinde, graphic design students have created large-scale posters in partnership with The BrandLab, a nonprofit that's “[changing] the face and voice of the marketing industry...by creating more diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplaces.” View the posters before they hit the road as part of a traveling exhibition!

Harvey Hall Self-Guided Art Tour
Walk through historic Harvey Hall on a self-guided art tour that includes works by notable UW-Stout graduates and internationally famous artists! Make sure to pick up an exhibition brochure in the Harvey Hall Coffee Shop to guide and inform your tour throughout this historic building's three floors of artwork.

Join us in our campus version of the popular TV show, Amazing Race. Be the fastest team to race around campus, solving puzzles and completing tasks. Each year students compete for $3,000 in scholarships and awards, and we are grateful for supporters, alumni, and partners whose support enables us to continue to make this happen!
Note: This event sells out quickly. Tickets will be available to purchase in March 2024, with seating options at the runway in the Memorial Student Center Great Hall or in the Low Stimuli Room, an environment with reduced lighting and lower volume.
