Our Vision

The Center will become a regional and national leader for multidisciplinary research and outreach related to cybersecurity. It will be among one of the best cybersecurity research and outreach centers in the mid-west region and nation, and as such will:

  • Serve as UW-Stout’s hub for interdisciplinary research in cybersecurity;
  • Serve local, regional and national communities through research outreach and research-driven training, awareness and education;
  • Collaborate and partner with synergistic entities within and outside UW-Stout, both public and private sectors;
  • Build an agile and efficient environment that supports faculty research exploration and curriculum and program developments relating to cybersecurity.
