The Leadership Institute
In this Section

Disruptions are problems that can interrupt events or processes.  Most of us understand disruption as a radical change to an industry or market.  The latest disruptive change is due to March 2020 and the COVID-19 pandemic. This session is presented by Dr. Sheri Marnell, UW-River Falls and Dr. Marya Wilson, UW-Stout and is for leaders from every industry and any size organization.  Join us for an interactive learning conversation about leading during disruptive and transformational times.

Our interactive session will cover:

  • Disruption and what we’ve experienced previously.
  • Leadership preparedness for disruptions.
  • Minimizing uncertainty and fear during a time of disruption.
  • Visioning the transformational possibilities for your organization.

In addition to the session, we will be including a one-on-one coaching session with Dr. Wilson to assist you with specific questions or situations with your organization.  We hope you’ll take advantage.

Zoom:  Wednesday, April 20, 2022, 9 am - 11 am
